Let Pioneer handle your inkjet, addressing and mailing services for: Publications Fliers Letters Mailers   Pioneer has postal software that can automate your mailings so that you pay the lowest postage rate.   Mailing Tips Designate whether you will use your own indicia (mail permit number) or if you would like to use Pioneer's complimentary permit number. (which would drop from the Waterloo, IA post office) Do you want to mail your pieces First Class, Presort Standard or Post Card Rate? In order to use a true post card rate, your card size must not be larger than 4 1/4" x 6" and must be on at least a 7pt cover stock. (80# cover weight would qualify) (Minimum postcard size 3.5" x 5") Oversized Post Cards must use a minimum of 9pt cover stock. (100# cover weight would qualify) The aspect ratio (length divided by width) of mailed item must be between 1.3 and 1.5 to avoid postage surcharge. Minimum area for inkjetting name and address is 4" wide by 2" high. Not all customer's permits (not Pioneer's permit) are set up to mail as Presort Standard and First Class. Some may only be set up as Presort Standard OR First Class.
